Janet Tinuola Omotosho

Miss Janet Tinuola Omotosho holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from Olabisi Onabanjo University and graduated from the Nigerian Law School (B.L) hence, called to the Nigerian Bar. She holds a Master of Laws degree from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom.

She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association; a member of Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) Taxation Committee, Corporate Governance & Compliance and Arbitration & ADR. She is also
an Associate member in the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
She served as a Secretary Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), 2024 Electoral Committee, Abuja Chapter.
She is currently serving as the Secretary, Mobilisation Committee of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, Abuja Chapter.

Her professional interests cut across, Corporate/Commercial law, Dispute
resolution, Arbitration, Matrimonial causes, Civil law and Criminal law.
She has been actively involved in cases in cutting across Arbitral panel
and various courts.
