ADEOLA is the Managing Partner in ALPHA & ROHI, and he supervises the firm’s arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution areas of practice. Adeola is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom, and a Capital Market Solicitor.
He has significant expertise in these areas and has actively demonstrated this for over 15 years. He is involved in the prosecution and defence of several high-profile criminal cases. Of equal importance is a locus cla icus on garnishee proceedings, which he won at the Supreme Court, and the same has been reported as CBN v. Interstella Communications &3 Ors. (2018) 7 NWLR (Pt. 1618) 294. He also consults for government institutions across the country, such as the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of State Services (DSS), the National Assembly, Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading Plc (NBET), Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS), and other related bodies.
